DISCUSSION
We will either provide advice over the phone otherwise a booking to inspect the requirements.

APPOINTMENT
We inspect the pool and there is no need to be present as long as we have clear access to the pool.

QUOTE
We provide a quote based on the what can be assessed without removing existing lining and assuming that the pool is in a reasonable condition.
It is quite rare for pools containing liners to have severe damage to the structure unless the pool has been vandalised or if it has been left in a state of disrepair for a considerable amount of time. If this is the case then we will advise and require the following:
- Your pool will need to be pumped down and the liner removed to allow for a complete inspection of the pool structure.
- The track is inspected for overall integrity.
- We will ask that you attend the site if damage to the structure is outside the norm so that you fully understand your options prior to any extra work commencing.
- A price estimates for work not included in the original quote are offered.
